Our firm provides a wide variety of services to our business clients. We assist in planning, and organizing corporations & limited liability partnerships, limited liability companies and other business entities. We draft and prepare contracts for all kinds of business arrangements including agreements for sale, purchase or lease of businesses, assist the client to obtain financing and funding for business operations or in the dissolution of a business. or appeal related to a dispute, including prevention and settlement (including by arbitration or mediation), in such areas contract disputes and commercial matters.

Construction Law

Our firm represents owners, contractors, construction managers, developers, design professionals, and suppliers in all aspects of the construction process, including bidding and document preparation, contract negotiation and formation, contract performance, financing and warranty issues, mechanics and materialmen liens, and claims and dispute resolution including mediation, arbitration and litigation.

Real Estate

Our firm assists individuals, corporations, and development companies in transactions involving land, houses, condominiums, office buildings and redevelopment projects. Specifically, we offer legal advice regarding the buying and selling of property, development, planning and construction. We research zoning regulations, draft the contract of sale, prepare the title work, assist in obtaining financing or review mortgage documents and complete the documents for the closing. In condemnation law, we assist individuals, whose personal land/property may be taken by the government, to obtain a reasonable price for their property.

Wills & Estates

Our firm assists individuals in the drafting and preparation of necessary documents. Such documents include: Living Wills, Healthcare Powers of Attorney, General Powers of Attorney, Wills and Trusts. We give individualized advice in a caring, comfortable environment.
